Having worked at various shipyards and at the leading offshore wind installation company in Denmark, A2SEA, the founder of OWIC ApS, Einar Ravneberg, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of heavy lift, sea and land transport, assembly methods and special projects.

Einar Ravneberg worked as the Project Director at A2SEA from 2001 through 2008 – a period that marked the expansion of the company from 7 employees to the present stage of approximately 250 employees.

From 2008 until 2011 Einar Ravneberg, now working as the Development Director of A2SEA, was responsible for the development of the vessel Sea Installer currently under construction in China and several other projects mainly focused on UK Round Three and the industrialization of the installation processes

The main focus is the ability to think “out of the box” and the experience and background to later evaluate and make a choice based on maritime understanding and industrial knowledge.

OWIC ApS has the possibility to use and engage external resources with a wide range of specialized knowledge after agreement with the customer.

The goal is to establish long term relationships with the main players in the market of handling and installation of foundations, cables and turbines.
